1. Its density is 1.41, its hardness reaches Shore 73D, its thermal deformation temperature is 0.5MPa, and it is 150℃ when it is not annealed, and it has good high temperature resistance.

2. Excellent mechanical properties, elastic modulus 1900MPa, with high rigidity, high hardness and high modulus. Excellent impact resistance and good elongation, tensile strain (break) is 20%.

3. Excellent dimensional stability, easy coating, tear resistance and kink resistance, suitable for the use of appearance parts

4. The addition of glass fiber enhances the mechanical properties of the TPU and improves the hardness and rigidity of the material. This makes the surface of the material more resistant to friction and wear, and is less likely to cause scratches, wear or deformation when in contact and rubbing with other objects. At the same time, the TPU itself has a certain degree of elasticity and toughness. Combined with glass fiber, it can better absorb energy when withstand wear forces, further reducing the occurrence of wear.
