characteristic

1. Its density is 1.37, its hardness reaches Shore 73D, its thermal deformation temperature is 0.45MPa, and it is 150℃ when it is not annealed, and it has good high temperature resistance.

2. Excellent mechanical properties, elastic modulus 1700MPa, with high rigidity, high hardness and high modulus. Excellent impact resistance and good elongation, tensile strain (break) is 21%.

3. Extremely low expansion coefficient, low molding shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability, easy to apply, tear and twist resistant

4. The flame retardant reaches the UL-94 V1 level and has good flame retardant performance. When encountering a fire source, it is not easy to burn or can quickly extinguish itself, which improves the safety of use.

5. It has good oil and grease resistance. When exposed to various lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, animal and vegetable oils, etc., the performance of the material will not be significantly affected, and there will be no problems such as swelling, softening or reduced strength.

6. It uses halogen-free flame retardant, which is environmentally friendly and safe. It has low density, stable size, low warpage, easy to release mold, and has the characteristics of low smoke density.

7. For acid and alkali solutions with lower concentrations, it has good resistance and will not cause rapid chemical reactions to cause material damage. However, in a high concentration and high temperature strong acid and alkali environment, the chemical resistance of the material will be challenged, and surface corrosion and strength may occur.
