1. Mechanical properties: By adding glass fiber reinforced materials, the mechanical performance indicators such as tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus have been greatly improved. In addition, the enhanced flame retardant PPA has good impact resistance and is not prone to cracking or damage even when subjected to large external forces, which improves the reliability of the material in complex use environments‌

2. Flame retardant performance: It reaches the UL94 V-0 level flame retardant standard, that is, under the specified test conditions, the sample will be extinguished within 10 seconds and there will be no melting drops, which greatly improves the safety of the material in dangerous situations such as fire. In addition, due to the use of a halogen-free flame retardant system, halogen-containing flame retardant is avoided to produce toxic and harmful gases during combustion, reducing environmental pollution and harm to the human body. ‌

3. Thermal performance: PPA itself has a high melting point and thermal stability. After adding reinforcing materials and flame retardants, its heat resistance is further improved. For example, the thermal deformation temperature of some products is as high as 300℃ or above, and the continuous use temperature can reach 170℃, which can maintain stable performance in a high temperature environment.
